This notice covers airselect3d.com and related sales, demonstration and business correspondence. The AirSelect3D application at app.airselect3d.com is a separate service. Its deployment, customer project data, hosting, access controls, retention and any controller/processor responsibilities must be addressed in the relevant customer documentation and, where required, a data-processing agreement before use.
2. Information involved
- Business enquiries: your name, work email, company, role, contact details and information you choose to include in your message or attachments.
- Customer administration: business contact details, quotation and order references, correspondence and records needed to manage an agreed commercial relationship.
- Website requests: our hosting and delivery infrastructure receives technical information such as an IP address, requested page, request time and browser request headers to deliver and protect the site.
Please limit enquiry attachments to information needed to discuss your requirements. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in a general sales enquiry.
3. Purposes & legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis depends on the purpose and your relationship with us:

The marketing website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes website requests as part of providing hosting, delivery and security services. Its own information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Business correspondence is available to the people handling the relevant enquiry, including the Germany sales office where appropriate, and to the service providers needed to operate our email and business communications.
Professional advisers, competent authorities or other parties may receive information where necessary for an applicable legal obligation, a legal claim or the administration of an agreed customer relationship. We limit disclosures to the information relevant to that purpose.
6. How retention is determined
We retain information for the purpose for which it is needed, using the following criteria:
- Enquiries and correspondence: whether the request is still open, whether related discussions are ongoing and whether the record is needed for the resulting business relationship or a dispute.

3D Selection Software LLC is established in the United States and has a Germany sales contact. Communicating with us can involve handling information in those locations. Website delivery providers may also process requests in other countries.
International processing remains subject to applicable data-protection requirements. Hosting and transfer arrangements for an application deployment must be established in its customer documentation.
