1. Scope & provider
This website is operated by 3D Selection Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, filing ID 2026-002048461, with its principal and mailing office at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States of America. You can contact us at [email protected].
These terms cover this public website and the general framework for our business offers. The scope and commercial terms of a paid service are set out in the quotation or written agreement accepted by the customer and 3D Selection Software LLC. An agreed customer contract takes precedence over general website statements on the same subject, subject to mandatory law.
2. Quotations & orders
AirSelect3D is offered to manufacturers and other professional customers by quotation only. A demonstration request, email enquiry or visit to this website does not by itself create a paid order. This website has no online checkout.
Before an order is accepted, the quotation or customer agreement sets out the agreed scope, price and currency, applicable tax treatment, payment schedule, delivery arrangements and any support or maintenance services. Subscription periods, renewal arrangements or notice periods apply only when expressly included in the agreed contract.
Custom integrations, supplier connections, data migration, training and development work are included only to the extent specified in the agreed scope. Changes to that scope and any related price or timing changes must be agreed.
3. Software & technical information
AirSelect3D supports the selection and configuration of air-handling units and the preparation of technical documentation. Website examples, images and demonstration results illustrate product capabilities; the delivered configuration and acceptance criteria are defined in the customer agreement.
Selections depend on the inputs, component data, calculation engines and versions used. Customers must have appropriately qualified personnel review the suitability of outputs for the intended project, including safety, installation, manufacturing and applicable certification or regulatory requirements.
A software calculation or generated document does not itself constitute approval by a certification body. Any specific performance, conformity or acceptance commitment must be stated in the customer agreement.
4. Permitted use & access
You may use this website for lawful business research and to contact us. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it to transmit malicious or unlawful material.
Access to the AirSelect3D application, the number of authorised users and permitted uses are governed by the customer agreement. Customers are responsible for safeguarding the access credentials issued to them and for notifying us of suspected misuse. Any restrictions on software use remain subject to rights that applicable law does not permit a contract to exclude.
5. Intellectual property & customer materials
The website, AirSelect3D software and associated materials are protected by intellectual property laws. A paid order grants only the access and licence rights stated in the accepted agreement; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Customer data, designs, trademarks and other materials remain subject to their existing ownership rights. Providing those materials does not transfer their ownership to 3D Selection Software LLC. Customers must have the necessary rights and permissions to supply materials for the agreed work.
Third-party supplier names, data and calculation engines belong to their respective owners and may have separate licence conditions. The relevant permissions and integration requirements should be established as part of the agreed project scope.
6. Delivery, support & changes
Delivery dates, acceptance steps, support coverage, service levels, hosting arrangements and maintenance obligations are established in the accepted quotation or customer agreement. Contact us if an aspect of your required service is not addressed in your quotation before accepting it.
Public product descriptions may develop as the software changes. Updating this website does not, by itself, amend an existing customer contract.
7. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation, termination, treatment of work already performed and any refund entitlement are governed by the accepted quotation or written customer agreement and applicable law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to make a request.
No paid subscription or renewal is created merely by using this website or contacting us.
8. Responsibility & mandatory rights
Any negotiated warranties, remedies, limitations of liability and allocation of responsibility for a paid service are set out in the customer agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Our services are intended for professional use. If mandatory consumer protection rules nevertheless apply to a transaction, those rules remain unaffected by these terms or a general description of our services as business services.
9. Privacy & external resources
Our Privacy Policy describes personal information handled through the public website and business enquiries. Application deployment, customer project data and any required data-processing agreement must be addressed in the relevant service documentation before use.
Links to independent websites are provided for reference. Their content and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
10. Questions & updates
For questions about these terms or a quotation, email [email protected]. Please identify the relevant quotation or customer agreement when asking about an existing order.
The revision date above identifies this website text. Future website revisions do not retrospectively replace terms already agreed with a customer.
